How to use

The perfect hair routine

1. Massage Scalp Elixir into scalp and leave on for 1-2 hours or more

2. Wash scalp thoroughly with Shampoo Bar (For Hair Growth/For Dull & Frizzy Hair) by lathering into scalp, avoiding washing the ends of your hair.

3. Rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar. Mix approximately 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water in a squeeze sauce bottle and squeeze the mixture through your scalp/hair. Wash out thoroughly with water

4. Apply Hair Conditioner to your ends and rinse thoroughly.

Smells delicious and makes my hair feel so good! Beautiful soft and so shiny after my first wash with this conditioner. Will repurchase for sure. Better than any conditioner I've ever used, mainstream or natural.

I love this conditioner as it adds lots of moisture and shine to my hair and it smells lovely. I notice my hair has more bounce and wave through it. The ingredients are natural and high quality.

I wanted to love the shampoo, oil and conditioner and I really stuck with it and tried it many times, but it just kept leaving a heavy oily and waxy residue on my hair. It look greasy and unwashed. I definitely didn't feel comfortable to wear it out after washing it 2 days in a row it is still slick and gross feeling. I have tried different shampoo bars and they were a bit better at cleaning the hair. I really wanted to love this product but sadly it wasn't for me. Wouldn't buy again or recommend.

Thank you for your review, Maddy. The conditioner is very concentrated and only need a small amount even for long hair. You can try using a smaller amount, as well as washing it out for a little bit longer ( about a minute, and separating thr hair strands as you go ) under warm water. Hope that helps :)
The shampoo bar is also unlike others on the market, which are made with detergents. My shampoo is made the traditional way through saponifying fats. Your water hardness will play a huge role in how effective the shampoo is. Sometimes it can take 6 or more washes for your scalp and hair to adjust and get used to this type of shampoo. I hope you can try give it another chance!

My sister gifted me the haircare set of scalp elixir, shampoo bar and the conditioner as i have been looking for non-toxic haircare for ages, and I really wanted to like these but they just don't work for my hair unfortunately! I have very thick frizzy hair and I cannot for the life of me get these oils rinsed out of my hair. No matter how long I spend doing so, I am just left with a very oily head of hair which i have to keep in a bun after. I have followed the instructions to a t using the acv rinse. The conditioner itself I have used on its own with my other haircare and it is good, although it has a very strong alcohol smell, but I use it knowing it is a much better option than what I have!

Thanks for your review Jade. Sometimes it can take up to 6 washes for your scalp to rebalance when using the shampoo. Your water hardness also plays a huge role in how well the shampoo works, as high mineral water can cause “soap scum” on your hair making it feel oily and waxy.
The hair conditioner doesn’t contain any alcohol, it is infused with herbs and cacao butter which give it a herbal smell.

Life saver

I bought this product because I was experiencing scalp dermatitis which was sore, dry and to tingling. I only use non-toxic hair products and none have worked so far, but I was shocked to see my scalp clear up in ONE use of this conditioner. SUPER impressed and grateful

Are your products Halal certified?

We are working on having all of our products created from halal suet! You can find our current halal products here.
We process halal suet using brand new equipment that has never touched najis.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

Our animal fats are sourced locally in NSW, rendered in-house and purified 3+ times

Our Tallow is grass-fed from the pristine Southern Highlands.

Our Lard is sourced from a small regenerative in Murringo, just outside of Canberra, from happy pigs free to explore and dig about.

Do your products have an animal smell?

Our animal fats are triple purified and we aim to have very minimal beefy/porky smells. While for some people it may be not noticeable, others may be a little more sensitive.

All of our products are infused with real medicinal botanicals, which have a softer scent unlike essential oils and fragrances.

Are your products pregnancy/breastfeeding safe?

Our products are almost good enough to eat! (But please don’t)

We don’t use any essential oils or fragrances in our products, and there are absolutely no harsh chemicals.

So YES! Our products are absolutely safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
